Terms of Service

1. The sender must review the list of permited material and ensure that only the permitted material is sent before delivery to the SPL branch (the list of permits are on the SPL website).
2. Saudi Post I is obliged to deliver the shipment to its destination.
3. Saudi Post is not responsible for refusing a prison or inmate to receive the shipment or error in the prison address.
4. The shipment will be destroyed if the prison refuses to receive the shipment; due to the non-conformity with list of permitted material or prison inmate's refusal to receive the shipment.
5. Signature of the Saudi Post |SPL disclaimer form in case of non-compliance with the list of permits or refusal of the inmate or prison to receive the shipment.
6. If the consignee's prison does not fall under the service of delivering packages by means of means, it will be returned to the Ra'bul branch and if communication is stalled because the customer does not respond after the 15-day period is met, the shipment will be damaged.

8. According to the policy of the General Directorate of Prisons, the days available for inmates to receive shipments are Sunday, Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday.
9. SPL is obliged to commit to the postal system and its executive regulations and directives of the Communications, space, and Information Technology Commission
10. SPL is obliged to preserve the confidentiality of beneficiaries’ information, and responsible for its protection and discloser only by judicial order or at the request of the Authority.
11. SPL to obliged to provide the beneficiary with a paper invoice detailing the order, the amount paid and the customer's information with the shipment tracking number.
12. The sender is not entitled to request a refund of the shipment delivery amount once the fee is paid.
