1. Saudi Post - SPL has the right to accept or terminate subscription to PO Box at any time during the subscription period for any legitimate reason it deems appropriate.
2. The value of the subscription to the PO Box is annual, and is determined by the type of subscription (according to what is shown on the home page of the site).
3. The subscription period for the PO Box is one calendar year, starting from the date of paying the subscription fee.
4. The customer (individuals - institutions - companies) will be notified fifteen days before the end of the subscription period via an SMS message sent to the customer’s mobile phone or via the client's e-mail, or in any appropriate way SPL deems appropriate, provided that the customer is given a period of thirty days to renew his subscription starting from the end date of the previous subscription.
5. If the renewal fee is not paid during the period referred to in paragraph (4), Saudi Post has the right to close the PO Box for a period of thirty days in preparation for the termination of the subscription. From the date of the next day at the end of the previous subscription period.
6. The subscriptions of government entities are automatically renewed unless the government agency informs Saudi Post - SPL with a written letter requesting to cancel the subscription.
7. Saudi Post is not responsible for any consequences that may result from the delay in paying the renewal fees on time and cancelling the subscription.
8. Only individuals whose names have been added are entitled to use this PO Box.
9. The subscriber of the individual PO Box or the add-ons are not entitled to use this PO Box for commercial purposes.
10. The subscriber, whether an institution, a company, a bank or a government authority, is not entitled to use the PO Box for personal purposes.
11. The institution participating in the PO Box, in the event that the entity became a company instead, to immediately report that to Saudi Post. Saudi Post has the right to stop the subscription until the subscription fees are modified.
12. The subscriber in the PO Box is not entitled to assign it to any other person or entity under any circumstance, and the violator is subject to legal accountability. Because this is the prerogative of Saudi Post - SPL.
13. Registered and official parcels, express mail items and postal parcels addressed through the PO Box shall not be delivered except to the subscriber in the individual box, added, or subscribed to the commercial or government fund, or his representative under a written authorization provided with a copy of it to Saudi Post - SPL.
14. Registered and official items, express mail items and addressed parcels are not placed in the boxes, but notices are posted about them to go to the delivery counters for collection.
15. The subscriber bears full legal responsibility and the consequences thereof when he receives a postal item that does not belong to him and did not return it, and Saudi Post has the right to refer to him for compensation when it is not returned or returned in the same condition received.
16. These terms and conditions are considered effective from the date of the subscriber's declaration of his consent through the main website of Saudi Post – SPL.

General Terms:

• The subscriber may terminate his subscription at any time during the subscription period without incurring the Saudi Post - SPL to return part of the subscription amount, and he must return the key of the box to Saudi Post - SPL in good condition.
• Saudi Post-SPL does not bear any responsibility in the event that any person (other than the subscriber) obtains the key to the box and uses it to open the box and take its contents.
• In the event of losing the key to the box, the subscriber must notify the Saudi Post - SPL immediately in writing with his commitment to bring a new lock on his own account
• Incoming postal items are sorted according to the box numbers shown on them. To ensure speedy sorting, the senders of the items must write the postal box number on the item's cover and the postal code of the recipient's box.
• Saudi Post does not bear the responsibility of delivering any item to someone other than its owner as a result of a mistake in the postal box number or postal code shown on the item.
• All items are deposited in mailboxes in good condition, and accordingly, Saudi Post - SPL does not accept any complaint regarding any damage, shortage or tampering with the item unless it is immediately received from the box.
• It is not permissible to tamper with any item such as concealment, damage or delay if it was placed in the subscriber’s box by mistake or because the sender is not known to him. It is also not permissible to tamper or remove the stamps fixed to it, and the subscriber must, in the event of the presence of ordinary items that do not belong to him, return them in their condition to the mailbox after writing on it the following phrase (not related to PO Box No. xxxx), as well as the signature of the subscriber or his representative. As for registered and official mail items or express mail items and postal parcels that do not belong to the subscriber, they must be returned to the branch employee to indicate that they have been returned before the previous signature of receipt. It stipulates that anyone who commits the following acts shall be punished with a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand riyals:

           *Tampering with any postal material by concealment, disclosure or destruction

            *Disclosing any information about the contents of any postal material.

• In the event of dissolution, liquidation, bankruptcy, death or violation of any subscriber, Saudi Post has the right to cancel or seize all items addressed by the fund and dispose of them according to the orders of the judicial authorities or the documents approved by the competent authorities.
• Saudi Post has the right to amend the prices, terms and conditions of the subscription terms in the PO Box at any time without referring to the subscribers.
• Saudi Post has the right to change the locations and numbers of PO Boxes whenever the need arises, or an office has been moved or the mail is closed or one of its postal agents, provided that the customer is notified when his box number has changed.
• It is prohibited to use PO Box for illegal or fraudulent purposes and will be subject to legal accountability for violating this condition
• The PO Box must not be left open and Saudi Post releases its responsibility as a result of this act
• Saudi Post is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the subscriber's negligence.
