Introduction:

Saudi Post | SPL is dedicated to offering high-quality postal services and products that meet the aspirations and expectations of its customers, and to be the kingdom's logistics arm, contributing to establishing the kingdom's position as a global logistics center in line with Vision 2030.

 

We can achieve that through the following objectives:

  • Committing to implementing the international standard (ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System) to continuously meet customer aspirations and needs.
  • Establishing effective Business Processes to maintain the Quality Management System across all operations, emphasizing that TQM is everyone's responsibility.
  • Identifying and assessing risks associated with failing to meet Total Quality Management System requirements, and implementing appropriate control measures to mitigate these risks, with continuous review.
  • Providing necessary training and development to employees to ensure their awareness and competence, ensuring that the Quality Management System's performance meets the ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements.
  • Adhering to applicable requirements, legislation, and regulations related to the products and services we offer.
  • Ensuring this policy is communicated to all employees and relevant stakeholders.
