The Policy of occupational safety, health and environment

Saudi Post | SPL is committed to ensure the health and safety of its staff, customers and visitors and to maintain the environmental systems while providing postal services according to the international standards (occupational safety, health and environment ISO 2018:45001 and environmental management system ISO 2012:14001 )  which is implemented to control potential risks and environmental externalities related to the activities of Saudi Post | SPL and other service partners, and to achieve the goal of Saudi Post | SPL governance.

This can be achieved by

• Provide a secure, healthy and hygienic work environment.
• Develop plans and goals to enhance the performance of occupational safety, health and environment, and environmental systems in accordance to Saudi Post | SPL strategic goals.
• Develop effective operating procedures to maintain the occupational safety, health and environment in all our operations although safe behavior is everyone’s responsibility.
• Specify and evaluate the risks of occupational safety, health and environment, and environmental externalities and effects, and to set appropriate control methods to decrease it, in addition to review those methods continuously.
• Provide staff with enough practice and development to ensure awareness and efficiency in handling risks and potential environmental effects and responsibilities related to occupational safety, health and environment.
• Communication and staff participation in the decision-making process to constantly enhance occupational safety and health department system and environment department in Saudi Post | SPL.
• Commit to the requirements and legislations and organizations related to occupational safety, health and environmental systems.
• Document, monitor, review and enhance occupational safety, health and environment.
